Services

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

Four focused services — each built from 18 years of in-house B2B and SaaS marketing. Project-based or ongoing retainer. No fluff, no junior hand-offs. You get me.

01 — GTM & Demand Gen 02 — AEO / GEO 03 — Marketing Ops 04 — Content & Positioning

How It Works

From first call to running program in four steps.

01 — Discovery

30-Minute Call

We talk through your goals, gaps, and timeline. I ask the questions most consultants skip — about pipeline, not just traffic.

02 — Proposal

Custom Scope in 48 Hours

You receive a tailored proposal — project or retainer — with clear deliverables, timeline, and pricing. No vague "it depends" decks.

03 — Kickoff

Audit & Align

I audit what's in place, align with your team and sales org, and establish the baselines we'll actually measure against.

04 — Execution

Build, Run & Optimize

I execute with your team in the loop throughout. Campaigns run, systems get built, and everything is documented so it outlasts the engagement.

01 GTM Strategy & Demand Generation

Pipeline, not theater.

Full-funnel demand generation built backward from revenue — not MQLs.

I've owned $5M+ marketing budgets, managed SDR teams with quota, and built the campaigns that turned demo requests from 126 to 1,400+ annually. This isn't brand awareness work. It's demand generation with a forecast attached — channel strategy, paid media, lifecycle nurture, and sales-marketing alignment that actually sticks.

What's included

  • ICP definition and segmentation strategy
  • Full-funnel campaign architecture (paid, organic, email, events)
  • Sales-marketing alignment framework and SLA documentation
  • Channel mix audit and budget allocation recommendations
  • 90-day demand gen roadmap with KPIs tied to pipeline
  • Ongoing campaign management and optimization (retainer)

Result — SmartRent

11x

Demo requests grown from 126 to 1,400+ annually through a full demand gen rebuild — segmentation, paid media, and sales alignment.

Project

From $5,500

One-time

Strategy audit, ICP definition, channel plan, and 90-day roadmap. Typical timeline: 4–6 weeks.

Retainer

From $6,500

Per month

Fractional demand gen lead — strategy, campaign execution, and monthly reporting against pipeline goals.

02 AEO / GEO — AI Search Optimization

Show up where buyers are asking.

ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews are the new front door. Most B2B brands aren't optimized for any of them.

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) are the disciplines that make your brand citable, quotable, and recommended by AI — not just ranked by Google. I do the hands-on work: structured data markup, content architecture, entity optimization, and the brand narrative signals that large language models actually use to form answers.

What's included

  • AEO/GEO audit — how your brand currently appears (or doesn't) in AI search
  • Structured data implementation (schema markup, FAQ, HowTo, Organization)
  • Entity and brand signal optimization
  • Content architecture recommendations for AI citability
  • Competitive gap analysis — what your rivals are getting cited for
  • Monthly monitoring and optimization (retainer)

Why it matters

~40%

of B2B searches now involve AI-generated answers. Most brands have zero structured data strategy for these channels — that's the gap I close.

Project

From $3,500

One-time

Full audit, structured data implementation, and optimization recommendations. Typical timeline: 3–5 weeks.

Retainer

From $2,500

Per month

Ongoing monitoring, schema updates, content optimization, and monthly reporting on AI search visibility.

03 Marketing Ops

Lean team.
Full-scale output.

The systems, infrastructure, and workflows that let a small marketing team move like one twice its size.

Bad ops is what turns a great strategy into a pile of disconnected spreadsheets. I build the HubSpot architecture, lead routing logic, and campaign infrastructure that makes everything else work — and increasingly, I layer in AI-assisted workflows that let lean teams punch well above their weight. This isn't IT work. It's marketing that runs on rails.

What's included

  • HubSpot/Salesforce audit and architecture review
  • Lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle stage configuration
  • Campaign tracking and UTM framework
  • Marketing attribution setup and reporting dashboards
  • AI-assisted workflow builds (research, content, reporting pipelines)
  • Ongoing ops management and system optimization (retainer)

Result

77%

MQL increase and 95% SQL increase through segmentation and ops improvements — same budget, same team, better infrastructure.

Project

From $4,500

One-time

Systems audit, architecture build, lead routing, and documentation. Typical timeline: 4–8 weeks depending on complexity.

Retainer

From $3,500

Per month

Ongoing ops management, workflow optimization, system updates, and monthly performance reporting.

04 Content & Positioning

Brand story beats SEO.

Positioning, case studies, and thought leadership that makes bigger buyers take you seriously before the first call.

I started as a content marketer and never really stopped. I've written the campaigns that won a Stevie Award, the case studies that closed enterprise deals, and the executive thought leadership that built pipeline from LinkedIn. This service is for companies who know their product is good but can't get their market to believe it yet — and for founders and leaders who want their own voice to do more work.

What's included

  • Brand positioning and messaging framework
  • ICP-specific value proposition development
  • Case study development (interview, write, design-ready)
  • Executive thought leadership strategy and ghostwriting
  • Sales enablement content (one-pagers, decks, email sequences)
  • Monthly content calendar and ongoing production (retainer)

Stevie

2024 Stevie Award for Best Campaign — content strategy and execution recognized in one of B2B marketing's most competitive award programs.

Retainer

From $4,000

Per month

Ask a Question →

What's the difference between a project and a retainer? +

A project is scoped work with a defined deliverable and timeline — good for a strategy sprint, an ops build, or a positioning exercise. A retainer means I'm in your corner every month, acting as your fractional marketing lead. Most clients start with a project to test the fit, then move to retainer once we've seen results together.

Do you work with early-stage startups? +

Yes — and I enjoy it. I've built marketing engines from scratch at companies that had nothing but a product and a vision. That said, I do best when there's at least some GTM infrastructure in place and the team is ready to move fast. If you're still figuring out product-market fit, a strategy project is usually the right first step.

How long does a typical project take? +

Most strategy projects run 4–6 weeks. Ops builds (HubSpot architecture, lead routing) typically take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. AEO/GEO audits and implementations usually land in 3–5 weeks. I scope everything clearly before we start — no open-ended timelines.

Do you work alongside internal marketing teams? +

Almost always. I embed, I don't replace. Whether you have a team of one or five, I work with what you've got, train where it's useful, and make sure the systems and strategies I build outlast the engagement. I'm not trying to make you dependent on me — I'm trying to make your team better.

Can I combine services? +

Absolutely — and the services work better together. GTM strategy shapes content direction. AEO/GEO is most effective when content is already strong. Ops makes demand gen measurable. Most ongoing clients engage across two or three services once the foundation is in place.

How do I know if we're a good fit? +

Book a 30-minute call. I'll ask honest questions and give honest feedback — including if I don't think I'm the right person for what you need. I'm not trying to close everyone; I'm trying to work with teams where I can genuinely move the needle.

Let's figure out which service fits where you are right now.

30 minutes. No pitch deck. Just a real conversation about your pipeline, your gaps, and whether I'm the right person to close them.
